Return Process

  Contact our compassionate customer care team via email or phone within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the unused urn in its original protective inner lining and sturdy outer box to prevent any damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your chosen carrier label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at a verified shipping location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it remains in pristine condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
